AFAIK there’s more features that make it more communicationy. Like the fact that it’s shortform video means it’s much easier to respond to people, it’d be weird to make an entire youtube video responding to one comment but tiktoks you cna do that easy, and there’s “duet” features you can ptu your video next to somebody else’s. But I also don’t use it
