Someone either impulsive or not. It’s not really related to your emotional state.
Also I don’t really would describe the current 22 as “relaxed” (at least he doesn’t show that part on the forum)

…There are people out there who are rather irritable and lash out at others. I’d describe them as impulsive.
yeah, but I doubt that’s ‘just’ a phase for them.
Someone either impulsive, (and maybe learns to control it) or not. I never heard of somebody becoming impulsive.
I did, however hear of somebody having hard times and becoming more impulsive.
In that case: Luckily I’m inexperienced in this area.
