Said papers are:

  • Professional memo that would hypothetically be sent to Netflix’s CTO where I summarize my group’s proposal for how Netflix can tackle its upcoming challenges. (1.5 - 2 pages)
  • An individual participation document where I reflect upon my course participation, what the class has taught me, and what I have to work on (2 - 2.5 pages).
  • A paper analyzing how Tesla’s famed innovation has come at the cost of its employees and organizational culture and how these problems are deeply entrenched into the company’s ethos (8 - 10 pages, but I’m splitting it among my group; they still need to get their stuff in by Thursday so I can put it all together).
