in short if you want to communicate that a character or a Guy (internet form of commedia del’arte) is feeling distressed and fearful in an amusingw ay. i think having them throw up appropos of nothing is funnier than more stereotypical fear reactions, emetophobia nonwithstanding

Meanwhile, there is The True Majority System, which affects the way players vote as well.
