So basically u need proteins, carbs, fats, and other extra stuff like vitamins minerals fibers
So im thinking: meat for protein. Honey and peanut butter and olives for fats. Bread for carbs. Random fruits and veggies for minerals. I can just buy different ones every day for a variety in the diet. And then i just need to look up something with fibres and i should have a balanced diet
