i made french toast. taste wise it was delicious. looks wise it wasnt good so thats why i didnt take a pic. i know where to improve next time:
-a bit less vanilla essence. 3/4ths of an ampule instead of a full one
-whisk the eggs better. and whisk them first before pouring in milk
-less cinnamon
-less custard overall
-try to get the bread to brown evenly. now i had spots of fried scrambled eggs coz i didnt whisk them well and they prevented the heat from getting to the bread

also i changed my mind green olives > black olives. black olives are more ripe but that means less taste. their taste becomes mild, although deeper. i prefer the pungent taste of green ones
