History about hersheys:

When they invented chocolate long time ago they didnt have fridges for the milk. So it was carried from all over the place to the first chocolate factories in the sun. It spoiled. But they still used it for chocolate anyways

Later when fridges were invented they started using them. But the taste changed. People dont like change. So their sales reduces from the new chocolate with unspoiled milk

So they ended up putting in some enzyme or bacteria in Hersheys that makes it taste like bile. To mimic the taste of spoiled milk. To keep the taste. And sales increased
