Im not sure. I can try to think of a few reasons:

  1. pranking people is fun, although maybe its a bit immature if u do it too much? i might be immature i dunno

  2. getting people to do what i want them to do is fun / enjoyable

  3. im very sensitive to criticism / negativity so by making it a joke and on my terms it doesnt hurt me
