i seriously hate my high school. i seriously dont know of a straight guy from my graduating class who isn’t incredibly horrible in some way.

not to specifically call out straight people its just the one who doesnt seem like he could say the N word at any time happens to be asexual

i guess thats an over generalization anyways because theres about 5 ish men who seemed nice who I just havent bothered to see what theyre up to because we barely talked

I keep hearing about cases like this. “Oh this is my close friend” and then they proceed to swing into some far winged community.

It’s easy to perceive the rotten apple from the barrel and stop looking for another

Not sure if this analogy makes sense.

It’s harder to see what’s beneath the surface of deep water

idk
i just know most, and i can earnestly say most, guys from my school were openly racist. My english class had a questionnaire on beliefs and something like 40% of people “disagree” or “slightly disagreed” with the statement that “we should always strive for racial equality in america”. the n word was said by many fully white individuals

maybe its a product of the environment or whatever but I see that as fully unforgivable imho

i got along with most women in my hs, and while some were horrible rumormongers or just really cruel, none were openly racist or anything and at least a few were pretty progressive, although im sure some secretly held bad beliefs they atleast didnt proudly flaunt it

texas catholic school for 13 years, essential part of marshal lore. a texas catholic school, i might add, hand-picked by joe rogan to send his kids to because of their commitment to fighting woke or whatever

You’d think that religious school by principle should be more respectful and thoughtful, but they seem like anything LESS

yeah… no.

i try not to complain about it much anymore because im out of it and fine now, but it sucks knowing many of my peers are turning out to be people who treat others badly.

and it I constantly wonder what my life would be like had I gone to the more prestigious magnet school in my town, or the ivy farm boarding school i begged my parents to send me to. both of which I very likely coulda/woulda/shoulda gotten into
