The following rules apply everywhere on the site, both in and out of game, as well as in other community-affiliated spaces, such as the Discord server. Hosts may not waive these rules.

1. Be respectful of other users. Harassment, toxicity, and threats are strictly prohibited. (More information here)
2. Racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, and other forms of bigotry are strictly prohibited. This includes the use of hate speech or slurs.
3. Do not share personally identifying information of other users without their permission.
4. Do not use this forum to violate the law, or advocate for others to violate the law.
5. Keep your posts in the correct category, stay on-topic, and do not spam. This includes not discussing religion or politics. Additionally, posts must be in English.
6. Do not share accounts without moderator permission.
7. Do not post or link to NSFW content or depictions of graphic violence. (More information here)
8. Do not post or link to viruses, malware, etc.
9. Do not place wagers involving money or anything of material value.
10. Do not necrobump old posts (more than 1 month since the last reply) without adding a constructive comment.
11. Don’t abuse loopholes. Don’t voice intent to break the rules or trick other users into doing so. Pretending to violate the rules may be treated as if you had actually violated the rule.

If You See a Problem, Flag It

By flagging a post, you send an immediate notification to the moderators, which brings rule-breaking behavior to our attention and helps us take action quickly. If enough flags accrue, action will be taken automatically. Users are not notified that their post was flagged.

To flag a post, click the 'Show More’ button at the bottom of any post, and select the flag icon:

You will be prompted to select a category. If none of the available categories match the rulebreak, select ‘Something Else’ and input a short explanation.

Flagging posts in an ongoing game will only alert moderators who are not in that game.

Intentional false flagging is considered spam.

Rule 7 Information

Unacceptable NSFW content:

• Images/GIFs/Videos of sexual acts, objects, and body parts. Even if there isn’t nudity, if the media comes from an explicit source such as pornography, erotica, or ahegao, it isn’t allowed.
• Descriptions of sexual acts, objects, and body parts.
• Links to adult content sites, books, images, or other media.
• Sexual advances towards other members of the mafia community.
• Sexual comments about other members of the mafia community.
• Any sexualization of minors, real or fictional.
• Images/GIFs/Videos of photorealistic gore, including death, injury, blood, etc.
• Images/GIFs/Videos of photorealistic modern war or violence.

Borderline-NSFW content:

Must be hidden beneath a spoiler or dropdown menu and labeled as NSFW or with a trigger warning. If you aren’t sure if something is allowed, please DM a moderator before posting it.

• Partial nudity, not including sexual body parts.
• References to sexual acts, objects, or body parts.
• Heavy themes such as suicide, self-harm, and abuse.

If another user asks that you spoiler content or move the topic to DMs as it offends them or makes them uncomfortable, please respect this request.

Repeatedly attempting to toe the line or failing to spoiler borderline-NSFW content may result in moderator action.
