when i talk to a girl i can smile, she can smile, we can be wholesome. i feel more comfortable being goofy or confessing when i was afraid or sad. when i talk to a guy, a traditinoally masculine guy, im not supposed to be giggly. i have to act tough. macho. dont twitch a lot. talk deeply and confidently. talk about cool stuff. brag about stuff. make myself appear strong. silently radiate aggression. act like i dont care. act like im unbreakable

My history of offline MALE friends of which I actively hanged out sometimes until I finished high school.
- One that I spent alot of my childhood with. But tended to be rather impulsive and annoying sometimes and I would be a sensitive flower. I kind of stopped hanging out with him when he started hanging out with edgy boys that also kind of had a temper problem. Socially awkward kids (me) and temper boys doesn’t mix well.
- There was one that was pretty intellectual, but would also get upset easily and do slights at people.
- One in my highschool which is classmates with one of my BFFs. They were chill but tended to be insensitive and kind of too bigoted for me and my BFFs group.
- One in my own classmate that ran away… he was okay as a person… but then ran away to become an OnlyFans creator…
- A friend from another highschool which is friend with my other BFF. They’re pretty neurotic in a bad way and kind of steps over boundaries… he’s mostly okay, he’s just socially awkward.

I am not even kidding with that one. By the way, they ran away because their parents were nutty and tried to convert his sexuality “back into being straight”. A sex trafficker posing as his friend got him out of there, but this friend got arrested and now he lives on his own in Bucharest.

Now at my college, most of them are pretty okay and I love talking to them when we get to chat.

my history of male friends until hs graduation
- my ex best friend. he was very nice, all things considered. a bit sheepish, a bit dull, but thats nitpicking. great, tame personality oveall
- another friend. he was very funny, but he was a huge dick and with a massive ego. he ended up growing more and more bigoted and got into religion
- a piece of shit that stole from everyone including his best friends. and from shops. perpetually bullied everyone. i only hung out with him coz my other friends did
- a guy that ended up becoming a criminal, stole car parts, got in with the actual mafia, the actual mafia tried to murder him once
- a nerdy guy with poor hygiene. he was fine, not really close to him

Did I tell you guys the one time a guy who I didn’t know, saw me talking to someone he thought was pretty, when she went away she asked me if I can introduce him to her. No, I’m not going to introduce a random guy I don’t know to a friend from a student assistant job.
