My point was two months were added, and two months were named after Roman figures that were seminal to their empire’s foundation. Months and other units of time are abstract constructs and mutable. That’s not to say they’re not useful constructs, but they are made up and can be changed at any time if we collectively decide to.

It strengthens my position actually that two months were added (probably by the second king of Rome some time between 715-672 BC) and then Quintilis was renamed to July in 44 BC and Sextilis to August in 8 BC. Days of the week and months are made up, social constructs. They are not, as Atlas put forward, laws of reality or whatever. I don’t think she was being that serious to begin with and the whole thing was just banter. I don’t know see how this line of conversation is actually relevant to that original back-and-forth though.

It might be useful to do the BotC thing of, “The dead can speak but have limited voting rights,” especially since half of town can die N1. It also means mafia would be incentivized to potentially shoot one of their own.
