Obligatory damsel reminder
Fixating on the possibility of a Damsel that may or may not exist seems counterproductive for the purposes of keeping them under wraps, does it not? It sorta stresses the point that you’re not yourself the Damsel, if you want to seize control over such an uncontrollable variable.

Some Storytellers like to have public info happen at certain times, like before nominations for instance. I wasn’t sure if there was a caveat here or not.

It’s why if you’re doing a gossip to do with demons, it takes into account the demon at the time the gossip is made.
