Why can’t it there be a Summoner with a Godfather?

I’ve only heard one unique Outsider claim. It’s reasonable for a hypothetical Damsel to conceal their role, but the Puzzlemaster and Tinker only have so much benefit to hiding their type. In a Godfather game, we’d probably expect three.

It could be a Godfather / Kazali, but we can’t detect that.
