Isolde, unless I am interpreting things wrong, then NAR is only used whenever there is an issue with the actions. For example: If Vigilante A shoots Roleblocker B, but Roleblocker B shoots Vigilante A, then the Vigilante would be blocked since [Block] is ranked [4] while [Kill] is ranked [8].

atnoname trying to push Isolde doesnt make much sense at all. From atnonames pov the kill was probably blocked so i dont get why he would kill the person who most likely blocked the kill?
