He was tied with 3 votes with Luks and Jake IIRC. These are the “top wagons” of D1 before EOD1 happened.
Luks’ wagon lost 1 vote (Windward’s) after Luks claimed, but the other two votes (lol and BioHazard) were not up to date, so Luks’ wagon remained at 2 votes for a long long time.
It was only after my wagon was formed (with lol being my 3rd voter) that people started to forget Luks’ wagon.
