Astley was born on 6 February 1966 in Stockport, Greater Manchester, England, where he grew up and attended Woodford County Grammar School before studying at the University of York. His early musical influences included George Michael, David Bowie and Queen, but it was when he saw the film Top Gun that his interest turned to rock music. While still in university, Astley formed a band called The Nolans with fellow student Neil Holman. This group would later be known as The Beautiful South. Their debut album, No Parlez…, reached number four in 1987 and they went on to have two more top ten albums in the 1990s, but by the end of the decade had split up. In 1991, Astley was signed to RCA Records, releasing his first solo single “I’ll Never Fall in Love Again”. It became his only UK hit single, peaking at number 8. However, the following year, he scored another minor hit with “She’s a Lady”, which peaked at number 11.

By casting a vote for itself, in secret. It had claimed an entire island to hide its votes. When it cast them, nobody could see or hear anything about it.
It claimed the island of the third player from the north, Kogasa Sengoku. That’s right. The Lying Darkness wasn’t limited to just one city! It covered multiple cities across the country—so much so that no human being would ever be able to uncover the truth by themselves.
What were the odds of this happening? What were the chances of there being another player who could do something like this in a single day…?

Once per day, you can teleport yourself to anyone else’s location. If there are multiple players at the same location, he will choose one randomly.
During the night, you can read minds as if you were an NPC.

What are Omori’s hobbies? Are there any other secrets you know about him or his organization? If so, what are they?
M: His hobbies are as varied as his tastes in music. I don’t think anything is off limits for Omori—he’ll try anything at least once, and frequently more than once. As far as my knowledge goes, Omori is not interested in any “secrets” of the organization. But then again, I’m not sure Omori has ever been interested in something without it being part of some larger plan.
Fireball - Omori summons an orb of fire which explodes upon contact, dealing damage over time, slowly reducing their ability to perform actions.
Ice Storm - Omori creates a cloud of ice shards in front of him that deals area of effect damage to enemies around it.
Magic Missile - Omori launches a missile of magic towards the target. It hits once and stuns them.
Poison Potion - An instant death potion that is capable of killing Omori with one sip.
Restorative Potion - A potion that restores used spells.
Regeneration Potion - A potion that heals wounds.

You may attempt to kill a player each night. On a night where you and another player kill successfully, this goes on cooldown for a night.
You kill all other players if you are alive in the last 5 players, assuming that your win condition does not change
A-List Ability: He can choose any A-list ability that isn’t already assigned to another player or creature. If it hasn’t been used yet in this game, he will get it.
+1 Action per Day – This is one of your most important cards, and it will allow you to do everything from triggering abilities to using event cards to buying new cards during the course of the game. You can also use it as a last resort if you’re running out of actions.
+2 Card Draw – This ability allows you to draw more cards when you need them. It’s useful for making sure you don’t run out of cards when you need them.
+5 Attack – This ability gives your attack power a boost, which is great at close range.
+3 Defense – If you want to be able to get away with attacking weaker players, this is the way to go.
+1 Hit Point – With this ability, you’ll be able to take one extra hit before you lose health or die. This will allow you to stay in the game longer than others.
+2 Status Points – This ability allows you to gain one point of status each time someone dies.
+2 Action Points – Every so often, you may find yourself needing to speed up an action. This ability allows you to do just that.

Joakim’s goal is to take over the town. He wants to win by being the last one standing. There may be other ways to achieve victory as well, if you’re clever enough.

Stealth (5 night cooldown) - Become immune to targeted effects tonight
Mage Armor (10 night cooldown) - Become immune to magical effects for this night and the following day
Ranged Weapon (15 night cooldown) - Unlock the cannon in the center of town to shoot at the houses of other citizens. However, this may get the fire department to campaign for your disposal
