Oh, look, what do you know. The person who said pregame in the signup thread that they would tunnel the hydras is tunneling the hydras, and they took other people’s statements on the matter seriously and expect those people to also do the same thing. That’s so funny! I was told they were just joking, and that there was no pregaming involved here whatsoever! Who would’ve guessed! Who would’ve guessed!

You know, like, in a hydra, if one person is polarised, the entire hydra is polarised, and the players in the hydra have to have reasonable progression both relative to themselves and relative to each other - a wolf hydra has to imitate not only their own solving but interactions of solving between the two players? You know that hydra games on MU are, like, generally townsided? Hydras don’t have an advantage if you don’t let them
