Also a Pyramid (assuming you’re talking about triangle based pyramid based off the comparison of a square to a cube (again which is wrong since it has 12 vertices)) would be 6 not 9
i thoyght you were supposed to combine 2 things to get 7 sides wtf
the keyword was “minus”
still technically has 0 sides
guess I overthought thinking that you had to include a 3rd dimension
yeah so i couldnt yse square + triangle to solve
I think you mean edges when you say “sides”
Since a “side” could also be interpreted as a face, which is then a completely different thing
Also what kind of pyramid has 9 edges? If it’s a square pyramid it has 8, and a triangular prism has 6…
Oh no I forgot this existed
I should have asked you to DM me on Discord oops
But
An oval has one side
The line that creates the oval IS a Side!
It has no corners but that wasn’t the question!
the side was to throw us off yup
a circle has 0 sides and an oval is just a long circle so it also has 0 sides
I was under the impression this was “are you smarter than a forum user” not “are you on the same insane wavelength as this particular forum user”
A CIRCLE HAS A SIDE
wdym
It is ALL one side
NUMBER OF EDGES NOT SIDES
A point is a degenerate shape with zero “sides” or edges, therefore fitting your problem better than a circle (if you had the circle as the “zero”, then it’s redundant with the oval).
It still does not change the fact that a sphere has zero edges. Yes it has a face, but again, if you wanted to use that argument, then the circle should not be part of the answer set.
literally HOW did you get these numbers
I am going to become the joker
