How do you qualify suprionic ice using your ā€œonly four states of matterā€?

For a simplification:

From the water H20, oxygen ions behave like in solid ice.
Hydrogen ions behave like in liquid water.

Chose where it goes.

I didnā€™t take USA Advance Course of stuff that wasnā€™t globalized.
