I know u guys are talking about lots of changes but imo role changes arent rlly neccessary but a few QoL things cld be

Id make all challenges private and announced at same time 24 hours into challenge phase. Then ppl have other 24 hours to accept or deny.

This gives opportunity for spicy betrayals during challenge phase but more importantly means you dont get an advantage if you wait to see who other ppl challenge.
