Probably… But unlike Mafia (or other team player games.) You (hopefully) cannot win without doing anything, because your actions are forced for the worst, in this case.
(like no challenging, auto-accepting all challenges, capping out ate three Gift Reserves, no guessing, no guess immunity, no premium food, no switches, and no role abilities used either…)
Also in this kind of game you become an almost obvious kill/elimination target very quickly, if you are an obvious staller…
