I think Amelia’s op is pretty comprehensive
the only thing immediately jumping out to me that’s potentially unclear is how Atheist is used
the storyteller’s rulebreaks in an atheist game will be almost exclusively to make it believably not an atheist game, they wont just be idiotic or say “haha you suddenly lose”
they have the intent to make the game fun

other than
be aware if you receive a demon token, that the Lunatic exists as a character
be aware that atheist exists as a character, and there might be no evils in play
be aware that legion exists as a character, and there might be a lot of evils in play
be aware that cerenovus and pixie exist, and that doubleclaims can be between two players playing for good
be aware that boomdandy is on the script, so you shouldn’t necessarily go after someone that seems like they’re intentionally being shady

You might not be the character you are (don’t worry, usually there are ways to figure out)

And

If a person is claiming to be the Atheist, it means that there MIGHT be no evils and the host can break rules to pretend that there are evils in play.

Malfunction technically speaking isn’t official anymore, but Amelia is still using it for clarity

It’s replaced by drunk/poison, which basically does the same thing.

Anyhow, there’s a crap ton of characters in botc that drunk/poison
