You might want to check the night action resolution. Grandmother is late in the night order, and therefore can be made to see a role which doesnā€™t exist if they malfunction by storytellerā€™s choice.

so the other two roles you mentioned donā€™t have actions in the n1 order so malfunction can only exist if a Pukka is in the game and targetted amelia

well, if they targetted Amelia n1 they should claim. I knida just doubt that a courtier would act n1 but a sailor could

but because you can talk after death in this setup, thereā€™s zero risk of the info getting lost
so as a result thereā€™s no pressure to reveal the information that would exist in a normal mafia game that would have such a confirmation

actually, courtier drunking amelia at this point in the game might be a good move?

Iā€™m assuming if theyā€™re lying their just a wolf but their telling the truth their role literally does only bad things and malfunctioning might make things better (they die with their green check, would malfunctioning cause them to not die with their green check?)

and if theyā€™re lying causing the wolves to malfunction would be good

courtier is a special snowflake
it chooses a role to drunk, not a player

but yes, you are correct that courtier-drunking the grandmother role post-n1 would cause the grandmother to not die with their grandchild

itā€™s just usually that drunking an evil role is usually more worth than that

but by all means, sailors/innkeepers can feel free to pick amelia if they have nothing better to do because it cant hurt

Manā€¦ I want to make it to a bank but if I sleep, I know I wonā€™t wake up in time to do so, so Iā€™m just gonna be awake for a few hours.

Now Iā€™m 2/3 whispers down so uhhh yeah, Iā€™m not going to be using my last one for a good while.

I still think Night is town for reasons. CRich was alright in our whisper. Nothing too special.
But at least I have 0 stress there like I do with Night.
