I will recommend all returning players to read the “Changelog” and “Flavor Rules” sections of the OP, as those detail what is different between this game and previous BotF games.

Slightly less importantly, be aware about the rules for claiming Klutz detailed in the “Characters” section.

If you are the Demon, there is a possibility that a Barber dies at night. Each night*, you may submit two players whose characters will be swapped in the event that a Barber dies tonight. If no Barber dies tonight, nothing will happen. If a Barber dies tonight and you do not submit this action, you will forgo the Barber switch.

You will know at the end of the Night if a Barber has died.

its a bit weird but its the best i can do without spewing to the demon whether or not a pit hag is in play and alive, while also not changing the mechanical effect of the barber

the dilemma is
pit hag’s action can change whether or not a barber dies
we cant make them both lock actions because not being told if a barber died after the demon locks spews that a pit hag is alive that can change it, which is undesirable

these contingency actions are weird but most of the time u can just ignore them and/or submit 2 evils and be fine
more desirable to me than spewing possible minions to a demon or reworking the barber to the following night

thankfully stuff doesnt get too out of hand in snv with this
unlike al-had which is nigh-impossible to run in longform without taking an inordinate amount of time

pit hag cant go before demon in longform, they both submit at the same time (during the night)
