no, therre’s only once instance of the ability either way

even if it spawned naturally, you’d still get connected to say, an Artist
but with a loyal doppel, you’d get connected to a Minion character instead

If the Doppelganger is already in play, then the Pit Hag will be put back to sleep if they try to create a Doppelganger and their action will have no effect.
