24h discussion phase (48?), during which everybody submits a priority list of any length (including 0)
players may also privately request to be the first to nom with a target
after discussion, a random player who requested to be the first to nom nominates
then check the nommed player’s priority list; the first alive player on it is nommed, and yadda yadda regular riot
if there’s nobody left then on a list nobody is nommed and night falls
