I was about to say that wasn’t correct. There are case scenarios where travellers can’t be affected by character abilities without it being said on the token, but in the almanac; travellers can certainly be targeted and counted, though.
If the hosts wouldn’t run it that way, it’s fine.

As an example, a Seamstress can target a traveller but a Pit Hag usually can’t.
