It was such a realization when I like, got my confidence back in me as a person late last year (complicated life story for another time and place, perhaps) that I just… realized.
I didn’t have to bully people in my hobbies. I didn’t have to shout to be heard or make demands of people.
I can just have fun, be a goofball, and if I feel there is a threat to my wonderful juniors I take a moment to do this:
