The existence of Caesar throws out multiple possible worldviews about Gladiator / Haruspex / Cleopatra, technically, that other Demons won’t allow. Or in reverse: other characters could frame a Caesar game.

I definitely think Hannibal and Cleopatra are more oppressive, but you aren’t hampered as a Caesar like those other two Demons.
