I don’t think Baker ever whispered Litten, Kiiruma or Jarek.
They had Jarek as top town but never whispered him, and only attempted to whisper Litten or Kiiruma in a string.

Baker claimed to have stolen my vote in whispers yesterday, so I’m assuming they were pulling a play. In which case Jarek probably lost his vote.
