Leafia functioned during N1 and N2 (she’s an outsider that random poisons) until she eventually got executed, it’s possible she sabotaged Atlas or Jarek.

I’ll like to note that atlas claimed sheriff and then switched to private investigator when he thought Kiiruma was an outsider and mentioned how Kiiruma was probably an outsider because of his ability feedback, but then it was revealed that Kiiruma wasn’t an outsider
