I won’t be backing down from my choice and my opinion so you can kill me for it and lose I honestly could not care less but I am not letting a neut get any town cred unopposed and just run free when every time that has literally ever happened it has been a horrible mistake.

Like, even in the throne of lies days - someone like a pretender gets elected as king then half-way through the game “tee-hee I’m actually siding unseen, omg pls don’t kill me i’ll side with the unseen pls dont’ kill me!!”

Of course the Neut is going to say anything they can to get you on their side it’s literally their job. If they die, they lose the game on the spot. There is no second chances for them. Once you give them a position of power they’re going to turn on you. Maybe they won’t. Maybe they’ll be completely trustworthy and when it boils down to a 4v4v1 or whatever, and the neut is the deciding vote, maybe they’ll decide to help us.

Or how about we just elect a good king instead, and we don’t worry about empowering a neut kingmaker for absolutely no reason.

Unless they willingly make the game harder for themselves for no logical reason they’ll always side with the Majority. The majority is us, right now, but once evils start getting the upper hand and we lose the ability to “waste time” on less valuable executions like the neutrals, then they’ll be more incentivized to side against us to end the game quicker.

I hate it.

I’m not trying to stroke Zorvo’s ego (hard to avoid sometimes) but my town reads have never been the greatest so having someone I know is, at least not evil, is a good vote to me

Like I will hold a grudge against him for the rest of time
And also you can blame me for the loss if that happens
But I really do not think he is going to do that

Zorvo will not do this. I am 100% confident and if he does that you can blame me for our loss but I am 100% confident that Zorvo won’t backstab us.

I meant that their believe in what they are doing being pro-town seemed genuine. Doesn’t mean they technically couldn’t be wolves trying to get towncred like that but I think that is less likely than them being town for that.

I don’t think zorvo is group scum just to be entirely clear I just think taking a nice safe execution that is guaranteed not to be a town member is way better than “lol lets shoot someone because I said they were sus” on D1
