Chair of Deception 2 - Game Thread - GAME OVER - UNSHACKLED AND TRICKSTER WIN

No, I am not saying don’t not and doing the whole double negatives thing. I am on mobile and suffering

Your only possible explanation could be because you think I’m an evil who doesn’t want the neutral who is “siding town” to get King. You think I’m evil because I’m trying so hard to oppose it.

If that’s your explanation for this vote and that’s all you have then I’d advise finding another person to RVS.

Oh sorry for not showing up hi

Pigeon is here!

We cannot forgive you

I won’t be backing down from my choice and my opinion so you can kill me for it and lose I honestly could not care less but I am not letting a neut get any town cred unopposed and just run free when every time that has literally ever happened it has been a horrible mistake.

Like, even in the throne of lies days - someone like a pretender gets elected as king then half-way through the game “tee-hee I’m actually siding unseen, omg pls don’t kill me i’ll side with the unseen pls dont’ kill me!!”

Of course the Neut is going to say anything they can to get you on their side it’s literally their job. If they die, they lose the game on the spot. There is no second chances for them. Once you give them a position of power they’re going to turn on you. Maybe they won’t. Maybe they’ll be completely trustworthy and when it boils down to a 4v4v1 or whatever, and the neut is the deciding vote, maybe they’ll decide to help us.

Or how about we just elect a good king instead, and we don’t worry about empowering a neut kingmaker for absolutely no reason.

You know I’m not even opposed to letting Zorvo live. I’m just NEVER giving them any kind of power.

Yep.

Upon some looking at what’s going on, VOTE: Zorvo
Strigoi is harmful to us + better than an ML
Wazza wagon seems to be mostly a meme? Can someone verify this

Could be mostly RVS yes.

They also have a passive that makes the prince immune to dying if the strigoi gets executed for the night after it happens.

Given that tonight is the first conversion night - and the prince would get attacked and die if they happen to attempt to convert him, I think this is a beneficial execution.

On top of everything else, of course.

Actually this is true. Wolves can just force strigoi to side with them in lylo by threatening to kill their targets.

And if we give them King we give them extra voting power, and remove town voting power as a direct side effect. There is no up-side other than “dodging” the convertee or the starting evils from stepping instead.

She gets it.

Of course, I still prefer having one groupscum eliminated.

I don’t want to be blunt but unless you’re a savant you aren’t getting 1 of 2 groupscum evils on the first day.

Like maybe if we have a super good lead later into this day, sure. But right now, I see absolutely zero downside to killing the claimed neutral.

Either it’s the trickster and they pretend to flip as the neut (still a dead evil) or it’s the actual neut they claim to be, in which case we can’t lose the prince tonight and we still remove an outlier.

I know it’s not Gorta, you, Kiiruma in my d1 solving.

How’d you figure that

Leafia put it as ‘flimsy’ way of I am townreading Gorta and Kiiruma.

Gorta for prioritising groum scum to be executed first
Kiiruma share same sentiment about Zorvo being Decadent Lord is not a good idea.
