Now that I think about it, Amelia can be starting scum if NE protected them from roleblock.
That also explains, that if they are town, they claim to get results. Simple Arctic never blocked them.

Actually, it’s probably bad news for Arctic mostly.
Usurper can stonewall up to N2.

So like… there was 66% chance there was NE which can prevent visits.
And it does explain Amelia claiming results despite roleblock.
