L-3 just kinda sucks ass it has Curling Crab and Curling is absurdly expensive for its limited utility and it’s just outclassed in every way for Crab by Splash
Like it’s hard to come up with anything distinctive for a weapon whose main trait is just that it is Worse than one of the best weapons in the game

Book that has a bunnnch of plot points and mysteries floating about and they all come together and resolve in a really really satisfying way. Kinda like Baccano! if you’ve ever seen that. There’s a show too and the show does it justice
