Also, just gonna throw it out here that if you intend “English Only” to be a rule, I suggest:

(Silly) respecting other nations. The English have colonized damn near everywhere, they don’t need to colonize this forum too

(Serious) having it somewhere in the global rules, mainly so that you have something to point to other than “Because I’m an administrator and I said so” which (to me) doesn’t really explain anything.
