I’ve studied basic delictual law regarding medicine.
It’s near impossible to sue doctors in the Scotland, there has to be so many things that line up in the pursuer’s favour that it’s very rare they’re all achieved
“something went wrong” is one of the many things that might have to occur to succeed in a case.
Now, back to the US, where suing is much more difficult than any country in the UK? glgl.
