the tldr is you roll a dice corresponding to a room, and can create your own events as well as resources etc
the starting resources are gold,strength,speed,food and some events for each. (essentially skill checks but theres also like an inventory etc; if you ever played like slay the spire think of it like that except only the non battle type areas)
win by going to a room that can let you win (eg: pay 30 gold; win)

an interesting “effect” of sorts is where people can hear the same terms and think totally different things
