i don’t really understand terapagos. the little form has a low bst but also has an ability that instantly turns it into one of its other forms when sent out so it doesn’t matter. unless there’s neutralizing gas in which case L i guess
that form has multiscale but awesome (hits on it at full hp are automatically not very effective)
and then it has another form i don’t entirely understand with this ability:
“When Terapagos changes into its Stellar Form, it uses its hidden powers to eliminate all effects of weather and terrain, reducing them to zero.”
i get that it’s to fuck over the paradoxes and it probably works with lore but what did gamefreak mean by “reducing them to zero”
sceptile gets shed tail btw. this has zero relevance because cyclizar has one more speed and also regenerator and also u-turn but it’s pretty funny

my like first gen 9 game i was using flynite because new gen use bullshit and ran into someone also using flynite and one of us had a better tera for the flynite matchup and it won the game. This is how all of gen 9 feels to me

sidenote if you showed me the descriptions “The user attacks by dropping onto the target with its full body weight.” and “The user attacks by slamming its body into the target.” and asked me to guess which goes with Body Press and which with Body Slam I absolutely would not have gotten it except by WifoM
