is there such a thing as a slow and painless death. it being slow means you have time to process the fact that you’re going to die which brings emotional pain

That’s why I didn’t want it! If you have a painful death you mostly just think about how it is painful, and you get to experience new and interesting kinds of pain. A slow and painless death is just X length of time of “oh god I’m dying I’m never going to get to do anything ever again” (BORING) (BAD)
