I prefer Huli Jing + Vizier as a combination to suggest killing the latter rather than Vizier + Lil’ Monsta, honestly. The latter feels like it necessitates a shot in the dark.

The Huli Jing just actually keeps the Vizier ability, and then there’s nothing good can do to stop the evil Silversmith
