Ultimate Talents are simple skills that the school wishes to develop, with a considerable budget put towards it. Naturally, if you’re one of the best High schoolers in the world for a particular talent, you’ve probably put your life towards it. It makes me wonder whether there would be resentment towards the “Lucky” students, actually.

It’s not the Yakuza they’re necessarily trying to develop.
Affluent Progeny, Princess, Yakuza Prince, etcetera. These are all leadership talents that are getting developed.

For the record, the Yakuza are (from what I’ve heard) seen favourably in Japan.
gambling is not just luck. there is actually a massive amount of skill when it comes to gambling.
