Cookie Thread Act 3: The Cookie Strikes Back

is bribery banned normally

it falls under cheating

in forum game rules

I always thought the rule against bribing is a general rule not a game specific one…

if people post their account details they can prove their role

is politician or playing as if you’ll be mezzed considered cheating by foreign game rules. is that why botc has to be a misc

bribery is less viable in conversion-less setups because, assuming people are at least vaguely trying to win, getting someone to sabotage their alignment means they are less likely to win

I think it’s allowed in botc from something i’ve heard
I also know -1 things about botc so don’t trust me

i think technically its banned under rule 17 as pressure to make someone else break rules

god i hope there’s a forum rule that covers this

marionette is a whole different can of worms with the “play to your wincon” rule

but like define pressure. they are very willing here

  1. Do not share personally identifying information of other users without their permission.

We can bullshit this into meaning something it clearly doesn’t cover

global rule tbc

also I think with videos, it’s a lot harder to fake a town role pm

ftr im already scheming you better be ready for me

I’m already planning on blocking videos

what if I make a video, then post every frame seperately

purely because it is less funny to have it in
there are enough ways to play around it to make it work
