If most people in the world either was a criminal or sympathised with their aims, would that not pass a new reform in constitutions / statutes / unwritten acts and fundamental precedents which would legalise said crime, making it no longer illegal and therefore sanctioned?
I mean, that’s already happened before.

i feel the opposite

though I think the hydra as wolf was still probably a net positive because there were times when one of us was not active / motivated enough so the other picked up (namely i was super demotivated in F3 in zone’s testament so Spooky carried that)
