I had more than 1 professor submit an A as my final grade despite me being mathematically locked out of an A per the syllabus/rubric. They may see you’re close and just give it to you.
Naaaah they already had the opportunity to Not do that by simply taking 1 less point off that assignment for being late. They chose not to
They also might’ve not done the math, couldn’t hurt to ask

yeah I didn’t have a 4.0 in high school due to 1 point in spanish so I’ve been there

literally the only downside was not being one of the like 7 valedictorians at graduation but they still called me salutatorian even though technically I was third place by like .005 or something due to taking more dual enrollment classes than the other person in my grade with only one A-

I have like a B in every class rn 
i’m mathematically locked out of a 4.0 because i got a b two years ago. and also because i’m on pace for a b in half of my classes rn and doubt i can save the sinking ship

my gpa rn is tanking tbh
i hope this doesn’t effect any scholarship opportunities in the future
