iirc one scans {anything} vs {vanilla town} and the other scans {power role} vs {vanilla town / mafia goon}. i forgot which one was which

Vanilla Cop checks for vanilla-ness (VT and Mafia Goon are both vanilla), Neapolitan checks for Vanilla Townies specifically
