If a Poison Healer is eliminated, does their heal still go off? Assume the poison heal is a day action that resolves at end of day.

id probably rule yes since reasonably actions wont be allowed at like 30m to EoD so you can treat them as having done the heal and then getting murdered

If it were me, then yes. I typically use day actions as immediate actions. I usually don’t have a “day roleblock” because of this.
