when you do the exercise when you touch your hands behind your back (with one arm going over the shouder (you probably know which one i mean)) how far can you go :flushed:

its not like I can send my entire finger backwards like some ppl who are double jointed

i don’t even use my hands to pop my joints anymore much to the chagrin of everyone around me

Hypermobility isn’t inherently a disease and there’s people who have it with no other issues but it can be a sign of broader problems
