i think they should announce “silksong day” june 25th 2024, then on june 25th drop a trailer saying it will be coming early 2026, and then drop it on june 26 2024

I mean technically Silksong was announced in 2014

Back during the Hollow Knight Kickstarter (which I was following at the time but could not fund because I was, y’know, 14) one of the stretch goals that was reached was making Hornet a playable character
They later spun this off into Silksong but technically she was announced in 2014 so have fun with that
